The warranty period depends on the product type and origin. For most Wave accessories we offer a lifetime warranty as proof of quality and durability. Other products have different warranty coverage periods as outlined below.
The warranty period always starts from the purchase date of the product, not from the date it is installed or first used by a technician.
These items carry a special QIT stamp, confirming they have passed strict checks by our Quality Inspection Team. They meet the highest quality standards and qualify for a lifetime warranty.
Manufacturer warranty of 3 months. When returning these items, the original packaging must be complete, including stickers and protective films. Incomplete returns cannot be accepted.
