• Return request within the warranty period.
• Product unused, complete and undamaged.
• Preferably in original packaging.
• Protective films, seals and accessories intact.
• Used or damaged products may receive partial credit.

• Use original packaging if possible
• Add contact details or return form
• Ensure sufficient protection during transport
