How to place an order at Phone City
We make ordering as easy as possible. Below you’ll find a clear step-by-step guide so you know exactly how the ordering process works.
1. Choose a product and add it to your cart
- Go to the desired product via categories or search bar.
- Check the correct model, color or variant.
- Click Add to Cart.
- The product will appear in your cart (top right).
Tip: Always make sure the product matches your device.
2. Review your shopping cart
- Click the cart icon.
- Check products and quantities.
- Review prices and subtotal.
- Enter a discount code if available.
Then click Checkout.
3. Enter your details
- Name, phone number and email address.
- Street, house number, postal code and city.
- Optional company name.
Check everything carefully to avoid delivery delays.
4. Choose shipping method
- PostNL or UPS delivery.
- Pick-up point option.
- Local store pick-up (if available).
Shipping costs and delivery time are clearly shown before checkout.
5. Select payment method
- iDEAL
- Credit Card
- PayPal
- Klarna (if available)
- Bank transfer
6. Complete your order
- Review products and address details.
- Check the total price including shipping.
- Click Place Order.
You will immediately receive an order confirmation email.
7. Shipping & delivery
- You will receive a shipping confirmation.
- Track & trace when available.
- Orders placed before cutoff time usually ship the same day.
